BEFORE PHOTO WEEK
We schedule each child for photo days and provide a list to your centre for staff and parents to be prepared.
We also provide you with with flyers and posters for families along with social media material.
We even organise all collections & deliveries of your families orders.
PHOTO WEEK
Our photographers work with your team to make sure we blend in with the day to day runnings of your centre.
All of our photographers hold current Working with Children’s Checks. They are friendly, approachable and have years of experience photographing children.
To get the best possible portraits we ask for an available staff member to accompany our photographers and assist in making sure the children are photo ready. This also make things comfortable for your children.
Once our photographers leave your centre our post production team gets to work. Within 2 weeks parents will be provided proof packs to place orders.

Sometimes a child misses out on photos on their scheduled day and our photographers will attempt to reschedule them while we are still attendance.
We understand that circumstances occur due to illness or holidays where children may not receive photos.
If you would like book a one off Make Up Day for your centre, please contact us directly. This is helpful to include children that could not participate in photo days and newly enrolled children. Parents will required to pay an up front fee to be used as credit towards their orders.
